Temporarily guidelines that we will follow during this time:

​

• We will operate by appointment only; no walk-in clients will be accepted.

• We will limit the number of clients per time slot.

• Clients and staff are required to wear masks at all times.

• We may perform temperature checks for anyone entering the spa.

• Clients are encouraged to wait in their car until your appointment time.

• Friends and family of the client are not allowed to wait in the reception area.

• We are refusing services to anyone who experiencing fever or chills, cough, fatigue, headache, sore throat, shortness of breath, or difficulty of breathing.

• We are allowing 30 minutes in between each client for cleaning and disinfecting of session rooms.

• The practitioners will be required to wear masks, gloves, and goggles or face shields in session.

• We will skip the face and head for any massage service during this time.

• We will not use hot stones in the session.

• We recommend all clients to communicate with their therapists immediately in case of any uncomfortability or difficulty of breathing during the session.

 

 

Our disinfectant and cleaning routine:

​

• All 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizers are easily accessible to all clients throughout the spa.

• All employees must wash their hands frequently.

• All treatment rooms, high-touch surfaces are cleaned with EPA approved disinfectants including doors, door handles, light switches, massage tables, chairs, hot towel cabinets, oil bottles, and bottle oil warmers.

• All sheets, towels, pillowcases are washed in hot water, EPA approved disinfectant, are dried thoroughly, and stored in closed containers.      

• All sheets, towels, pillowcases are changed with each client

• All tools are washed and disinfected with EPA approved disinfectant after each client.

• Treatment rooms are sprayed with a natural EPA approved spray after each session.

• All practitioners must change into a new apron with each client.

• Restrooms and high-touch surfaces are being disinfected with each client.

• Restrooms are routinely cleaned throughout the day.

 

 

What you can do to help keep Covid-19 from spreading:

​

• Please respect social distancing and wear a mask at all times.

• Make sure to sanitize your hands before touching anything when entering the spa.

• Shower and change your clothes when possible before coming for your appointment.

• Please cancel or reschedule and stay home when having symptoms.

• Please leave unnecessary items at home or in your car.
